Who is responsible
XeSoft is a Unity tools studio operated by Ahmad Alrefaai. For this outreach activity, XeSoft decides why and how the business contact information described below is used.
This notice explains how XeSoft uses publicly available business contact information when researching Unity studio workflows, inviting relevant studios to evaluate a private pilot, and reviewing voluntarily submitted technical-preview feedback.
XeSoft is a Unity tools studio operated by Ahmad Alrefaai. For this outreach activity, XeSoft decides why and how the business contact information described below is used.
We may record a studio name, official domain, country, a business contact's name and role, a published work email address, the public source URL, relevant Unity or workflow evidence, and any correspondence or opt-out status. If you submit a private-pilot request, we also record the product selected, the workflow summary you provide, your representative-input readiness, and the time you agreed that XeSoft may reply.
If you submit a technical-preview evaluation, XeSoft records the preview selected, your structured verdict, the non-confidential workflow summary you provide, your representative-input boundary, pilot intent, work identity, and consent time. The form does not attach build summaries, release inventories, repository snapshots, path inventories, GUIDs, serialized references, Package Manager or Git LFS records, packages, permissions, entitlements, SDKs, architectures, metadata, symbols, payload values, hashes, release identifiers, metrics, dependencies, revisions, environment labels, logs, timing summaries, changed paths, runner or fixture metadata, phase samples, fingerprints, error chains, findings, or any browser-local result.
Sources are limited to official company websites, company-published materials, public professional work pages, and direct referrals. XeSoft does not buy contact lists, guess email addresses, use personal inboxes, or collect sensitive personal information for outreach.
We use this information to identify whether a specific Unity production problem is relevant to a studio, send a small number of individually researched business messages, answer replies, evaluate voluntarily submitted technical-preview feedback and private-pilot requests, arrange an evaluation when requested, and prevent further contact after an objection.
Where business contact details are personal data, XeSoft relies on its legitimate interest in relevant business-to-business product research and pilot development. We limit the data, message only a published work address with a clear professional connection, avoid tracking pixels, and provide an immediate way to object.
When you submit a private-pilot or technical-preview evaluation form, XeSoft processes the request so it can review the workflow and take the steps you asked for on the basis of your explicit request for a reply. Do not submit credentials, production personal data, confidential build summaries, release inventories, repository snapshots, path or GUID inventories, package or LFS records, packages, dependency lists, logs, proprietary project files, paths, hashes, fingerprints, error chains, findings, or browser-local results through either form.
Prospecting, unanswered preview-evaluation, and unanswered pilot-request records are kept only while the validation study is active and no longer than 12 months after the last contact or submission, unless a longer period is needed for an active pilot, a legal obligation, or a dispute. A minimal suppression record may be retained so an opt-out is not accidentally reversed.
XeSoft does not sell outreach data. It is used only by XeSoft and service providers needed to host the website, deliver email, and maintain the outreach record. Access is restricted to the campaign workflow.
You can ask what information XeSoft holds about you, request correction or deletion, or object to direct marketing at any time. Reply to the message, email outreach@xesoft.dev, or use the suppression form. An objection stops further outreach and is added to the suppression list.
You may also raise a concern with the data-protection authority where you live or work. XeSoft will respond to rights requests without unnecessary delay.
